My Biography
Dr. Joshua Horenstein is a board-certified cardiologist who has been with Daytona Heart Group since 2009, practicing in Daytona Beach and Port Orange. He treats a full range of cardiovascular conditions, with a focus on patient education and shared decision-making.
Dr. Horenstein earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and his bachelor’s in biochemistry and molecular biology from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating magna cum laude. He completed his residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and his fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Scripps Green Hospital.
He has conducted research on stent restenosis, myocardial ischemia, and cardiac imaging and has published in multiple medical journals.
